1. Scope of Documentation Assistance

KAAGZAAT acts as an advisory consultancy assisting clients in the compilation, drafting, and formatting of documents required for name changes, affidavits, and Gazette notifications in India. We do not issue government certificates, gazette notifications, or passport endorsements.

2. Client Representations and Warranties

The client expressly represents and warrants that:

  • All information and identity documents provided are genuine, authentic, and free from forgery.
  • The requested name change is undertaken bona fide and not for the purpose of defrauding creditors, evading legal process, or obscuring criminal records.
  • The client understands that final acceptance and publication rest with the Government of India.

3. Independent Government Fees

Fees for official government publication in The Gazette of India are payable directly to the Controller of Publications through the Bharatkosh portal. KAAGZAAT's professional consultancy fees are separate and cover document review, drafting, formatting, and advisory support.

4. Limitation of Liability

While KAAGZAAT exercises the highest level of care and procedural precision, we shall not be held liable for delays, administrative queries, or rejections caused by revisions in government policy, postal delays, or unforeseen regulatory changes by statutory authorities.
